Decent into Dallas Station, Session #1 FourUglyMonsters OGT, Online via VTT, 2007 A homebrew creation based off the Aliens movie. A group of Colonial Marines are sent into a space research facility to recover any survivors, the main supercomputer hard drive (containing all the research data the company wants), and an important doctor named Dr. Croft. They enter, unsure of what to find, and are assaulted by xenomorphs around every corner. A fast furious session that introduced Savage Worlds to new players, as well as introduced using Maptool for online gaming. Note that this actual play thread serves dual purposes: detailing the game, but also as a playtest for Maptool and is written by Maptool's chief developer, trevor. |
